Your training data stays purposeful.
QuikFit uses the information needed to personalize workouts, remember progress, and operate the Coach. We do not sell member data.
What QuikFit collects
- Account identifiers provided when you sign in, such as your member ID, name, and email.
- Your goals, schedule, experience, equipment preferences, and optional limitations.
- Programs, completed workouts, exercises, sets, reps, loads, substitutions, and feedback.
- Basic technical and error information needed to keep the app reliable.
How it is used
We use this data to build and adapt your program, recommend progressions, remember intentional preferences, show workout history, improve duration estimates, and diagnose app problems.
Coach conversations
Your Coach messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. QuikFit does not intentionally store the full free-form conversation in its member database. A preference, limitation, or workout change may be saved when you intentionally approve it.
Your device and service providers
An unfinished workout may be kept in this browser so you can continue on the same device. QuikFit also relies on its hosting, database, authentication, and AI providers to operate the app. These providers process information on QuikFit’s behalf.
Your choices
You can change your onboarding answers and workout choices in the app. Avoid entering private medical, payment, or highly sensitive personal details. To request help with your stored information, use the in-app problem report.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. This notice may change as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here.
